I would schedule early morning meetings, work all day, and leave with last minute requests to meet after hours. Everything was urgent, everyone needed you, so you accepted the challenge. “The more I do, I the more I’ll be rewarded,” I said to myself.
Looking back that was silly. The more I did, the more yucky tasks that no one wanted came to me as urgent. Because I was the dependable one who always took one for the team.
I needed a complete recalibration of my life. On the outside everything looked fine, but on the inside… it was fighting with itself. Habits which had been replaced with one more call, hormones all wackydoodle with missed sleep, poor food choices, and little to no movement.
Through a holistic approach rooted in the Health Triangle (nutrition, movement, and sleep.), I help you gain clarity, accountability, and a sustainable action plan aligned with your values and goals.

Starting with a comprehensive intake and the Wheel of Wellness assessment, we’ll identify your target areas. (Remember a Health and Wellness Coach, cares about ALL of you!)
3 MONTHS OF SUPPORT
We work together for three months to achieve your desired transformation. Through progress tracking and consistent, flexible support, you’ll build lasting habits that support balanced energy, resilience, and well-being.
1:1 COACHING SESSIONS
Choose either receive 6 or 12 sessions with your coach.
